Experienced staff, gymnastic teachers and coaches with diploma "Jeunesse et Sports" are in charge of our camps. 25 to 30 children are participating to each camp. We reserve ourselves the rignt to cancel the camp depending on conditions or lack of participants.

Camp's price

The camp's price includes accomodations, catering, coaching, teaching and different trips and ski pass in winter as well as the didactic material in the language camps.

Gathering

Haute Nendaz is the location of all gatherings i.e. : Les Gentianes; Haute Nendaz.

Arrivals starting at 18h30. A meal will be served to the children at 19h30.
The camp finishes on saturdays at 11h00 am.

Assurance

During the camps, the children must be insured against the risks of accidents. For the foreign children, an accident insurance is compulsory.

Paiement

CHF. 250.- (for a week) to deposit at the registration and the outstanding balance 30 days before the camp starts (only registrations with the paid deposit are valid).

Please mention in "Motifs versement" the name and surname of the child and the number of the camp.

Registration confirmation

After sending your registration form, you will receive a confirmation with details of the camp as well as a list of things your child has to bing with him.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made by registered mail, post stamp being evidence. In case of late cancellation on your side, CJSA reserve itself the right to keep 10% for repayment of administrative costs :

• 50% from the 20th to the 11th day included
• 100% from the 10th to the 1st day the camp starts.

No repayment is given for any started camp except for medical reasons. In that case a camp credit fund will be opened for the child.

Cancellation in case of influenza A H1N1

As long as no official order was issued by authorities, C.J.S.A. Camps Jeunesse Sports Aventure will not take into account the cancellation.

Parents responsibility

The parents or the legal representative take :

• The full responsibility for any damage caused intentionally or not to our installations, equipment or any other goods belonging to or rented by CJSA.
• The travel costs following a dismissal.
• The costs of sending back any forgotten item.

Intern rules

The camps take place in a good mood with the goal of the well beeing of the youths. Non respect and bad behaviour disturbing the camp will be punished by sending back the participant.

Medical file

Any medical problem is to be indicated in writing to CJSA.

Transportation

Every participant has to arrive at the camp by his own means.

Trip to Sion

• By train : direct line to Sion station
• By plane : Holiday resort 60 minutes from the airport Geneva Airport (Bus transportation by CJSA on demand).
